Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

3/4…strong cast and interesting event it’s based on, but maybe a little too slow at times

Z For Zachariah

no surprise, but i liked that one

robbie was great as always, but the characters could have been fleshed out more...i didn't think chris pine's element worked very well...afterward i read that the book doesn't include that character, and it sounded way more interesting with the other two's dynamic

thinking of wind river - i can't decide how i ultimately view jeremy renner...i don't think he's ever been remotely bad in anything i've seen, or absolutely incredible...though i am generally interested when i see his name attached to something, and i think i'd consider him better than just dependable or effective

It was OK. Parts of it I loved, but it was a pretty mixed bag.

Would have loved to see a Kubrick version of this.
