If MD's dad has insurance with a max out of pocket it should be ok I hope. My wife's heart surgery cost several hundred thousand dollars but it only cost us 4k. Also the hospitals overcharge and then the insurance company says no. So like the bed costs $200 a night and the insurance company will say we'll give you $20 and the hospital says OK. It's a racquet. The insurance industry in this country is rightly demonized but its the hospitals that are charging these prices. A doctor comes in and says hello and sends you a bill for his time.

I don’t think they can literally track it to say 100%

You can track from say you got it from your child who got it from his class because 15 kids in class are sick with the flu. But to narrow it down to a particular surface whether fomite or skin I would think is pretty near impossible

I know when I had it all I could do was trouble shoot questions submitted to my dept and was not allowed to work on any machines and had to wait two weeks after my last symptom to resume sending out machines from home
