Never had a crush on her. She was like a less hot Sheryl Crow.

My wife liked the album where she sold out. There was a song on there called Hard White Cum that made me laugh.

Having given her new record "Soberish" a few more listens, I'm really into it. It's easily her best since "whitechocolatespaceegg." It gets better with each listen. I still think it's uneven and leans a bit toward some of her poppier tendencies that I don't always enjoy. But even those songs have charm and personality (unlike some previous efforts). I think this is a welcome edition to her canon.

She also did an episode of the Broken Record podcast that really illuminates her process in making this album. I highly recommend checking out that pod.

agreed. It has hints of her early work and gets better after a few listens. Whitechocolate is still better and Whip Smart is still the best.
