He took almost no jumpers in the Heat series, I thought he had figured something out. Maybe all that happened was every other guy on his team was on fire and games were never close so he didn't mind just being in the dunker spot.Monkey_Driven wrote:That's partly it. He also needs a coach that has the balls to tell him not to take 8 threes a game.verb_to_trust wrote:Giannis is a regular season player.

Every time the Bucks go on a run Doris sounds like she's about to announce that the president has been assassinated.

Liked the way Giannis played in this one. It probably helped the outside shooting for the rest of the team. They need Middleton to shoot like that in Brooklyn.
That broadcast was odd last night. They kept losing the game sound while Doris was talking which probably added to the Bataan Death March feel of the commentary at times.
These playoffs have been damn fun for me. I’ve enjoyed the whole thing.
Especially Bogdan Bloodsport up there bloodying his nose with his shush finger.

Brad working hard to get rid of the notion that the Celtics always have to kill the trade or they pass. Woof. Cap relief in the second year worth the 16th pick? Maybe I guess.....oh shit they save a lot of money in that second year I guess it does make some sense. They really don't need another rookie. My 10 year old says the guy I assumed was a throw in Moses Brown has potential so there you go. Home run for Brad. Oh I remember Moses Brown now he hung a 20-20 on the C's last season. That must be when Brad got a woody for him. GM of the year.

Re: NBA Thread
I had seen some rumors about the Heat taking Horford's contract to get OKC to give them their 2023 first round pick back which would then open up Miami to being allowed to trade 3 firsts which they'd need to be able to do if they want to upgrade this roster. Oh well.

Re: NBA Thread
Hawks haven’t shot worth a crap as a team other than game one this whole series.
Can’t leave 11 points at the stripe and win playoff series.
Repeat of 1988 so far. Pretty hard to believe they could pull out 3 games on the road but maybe.
