Charlie Parker - The Mercury & Clef 10 Inch LP Collection. A five lp collection of songs from 5 albums.
Think I’m going to try being kind to everyone a chance.

*shrug*
I don't know what that is, but I figured someone might have been interested in that subscription.

That is gonna be hilariously bad. It’s just a way for them to clear stock of an album that isn’t selling, and probably selling it for a higher price. No special alternate artwork or pressing (though, would you want Amazon overseeing quality control of their own pressing? Lol).

For what it's worth, the first 2 record were The Wall (currently $47 on Amazon) and London Calling (currently $32 on Amazon).
https://www.ajournalofmusicalthings.com ... n-service/You don’t get to pick your record, but you can send it back at no cost if you don’t break the seal (Amazon pays the shipping both ways). And you can skip a month anytime you choose and cancel anytime.

Exactly (clearing stock). Next up is probably that shitty pressing of Abbey Road.

I didn't sign up, but you have yet to convince me of the evils of this program.

Agreed, but that's an evil I've been in bed with for a decade now.bodysnatcher wrote:1. AmazonB wrote:I didn't sign up, but you have yet to convince me of the evils of this program.

My new player turned up today, so I wasted a bit of my working afternoon setting it up, and giving it a spin

How realistic are the market numbers on discogs? I'm finally getting around to inputting my modest collection and I'm stunned by how much discogs says I can get out of some of these records. Those numbers can't be right, right?

Assuming you are putting in the correct pressings?epilogue wrote:How realistic are the market numbers on discogs? I'm finally getting around to inputting my modest collection and I'm stunned by how much discogs says I can get out of some of these records. Those numbers can't be right, right?
I wouldn’t put a ton of faith in them. It’s better to look into the historical sales of each album.
