Is now a good time to again bring up that I think Strat is, in fact, Harry Kane?

I'm honestly not sure if I can stand to watch England play today.

Southgate is such a gutless worm. He's wasting a pretty talented squad.

This afternoon was so fun. At various times while 2 games were being contested, Germany, Portugal, and Hungary were all on the outside looking in. I am excited for the knockout rounds to begin!

I watched ten Sweden game on ESPN plus. They had four different camera angles on the screen at the same time. I literally got motion sick watching and had to turn it off. WTF?’

They're encouraged to oversell everything. It's the only thing I can't stand about football.

Three things:

1 - Running full sprint it doesn't take a lot of contact to knock you down. A lot of fouls don't look like much. Also You have to remember that soccer players wear very thin shoes with studs so having your foot stepped on would be very painful.

2 - because a lot of fouls don't look like much players feel the need to exaggerate to get the attention of the ref

3 - we see these fouls in slow motion, which makes them look a lot less impactful

None of this is to say that diving isn't an issue, I just think it's not as bad as a lot of people think.

I can't believe the Swiss came back. They seemed really rattled after missing that penalty.
