Although I've had a tracking number in my 10 Club account for weeks, yesterday I actually got a shipping email. Within hours, the tracking showed it moving out of Washington. Hoping to have this by next week!

Pray your copy arrives in pristine condition, because there are no replacements: https://community.pearljam.com/discussi ... nt_7374645

Bummer. Last time I ordered a vault release, it came in such a tank of a box that I think I could have chucked it off a building with no ill effects.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

Can't wait to get my semi-viscous black goo that used to be the vault vinyl before it sat in a mail truck for 3 days in Springfield in 100° weather.

Not a PJ record but I've received new vinyl before with deep gashes from the printing plant that had to be replaced.

I wonder if it's common practice to produce extras for limited runs. Seems like you'd do at least whatever the average defective rate is.

Mine arrived yesterday - well packaged. Can't comment on how it sounds as I'm still currently without a player

The packaging on this is so weird. The front cover only opens like 55 degrees, but the back cover opens a full 90 degrees. Just a spine waiting to be broken. 2 of the 4 sleeves have serious seam splits. But the LPs are hopefully clean; spinning today!

I’m waiting for the re-release of the CD. Better than $50 for toy figurines - but I don’t make the decisions around here.

still wish they released a show from the no code tour instead. feels more vault-y for a vault.

I was definitely over-worried about these melting in the heat; the records are super-flat, clean, and they sound great. Besides the weird way that the set opens (or, more to the point, doesn't really open), it's another great-looking and sounding product.

The show is out there for everyone already, so it's not like people are clamoring for notes on the performance. But it's so night-and-day to be almost comical. A lot of the No Code songs sound good, and I think you can tell that the band (and Ed especially) were excited to do it. But a couple are real sloppy, and, sure, they're being playful and having a good time, but it's not the best. The run of songs that come after the No Code portion of the set I think sound the best and are my favorite. I like that there are a few rarely-played songs on here that I like, like Infallible and Gone. Ed is fucking gassed by the end of the first encore, and the songs really suffer. I think we're just going to have to live with the fact that the band's memories of specific shows and the overall paucity of the "vault" are going to lead to releases that aren't classic shows for a long time.

Y'know, when they announced this over a year ago, it was the latest they've ever announced a Vault. Do you think they'll skip 2021? They still haven't successfully shipped the Moline records and made the CDs available.

Or are they not making CDs, b/c you can already get this show on CD? I'd like to know if I'm not getting a cool "Vault" cover.

Is Atlanta '94 the 2021 Vault Release? Are they going to give us that one on vinyl?

I really miss the Tim Bierman call-in show.

Atlanta '94 was released in 2020, which makes it more likely to be the 2016 release than the 2021 release.
