I think Malloy would be the end boss in the normieverse. You would definitely be 2IC with all of this Lady Snowblood carry-on, though.

Are you serious Wease? The Sinatra Oceans movie is legitimately one of the worst movies I have ever seen

American Animals.

Didn't hear much about this but I thought it was excellent. Evan Peters is so good.

Watched a 2.5 minute trailer for Don't Say a Word 2 and can say it was a good movie. Don't really care to see the 90+ minute version though. It was the perfect length as is.

Starting the final movie of my 85-86 run, and it’s Top Gun.

Haven’t seen it in a very long time. Always a good time.

Going to do 87-89 together, so I can pick freely within those, will see about 30-40 movies over an unspecified period.

Say more about its not-great-ness, because I agree but it had all the right elements to be great.

Tomorrow War. Lol what is this?

- is this a comedy? A summer blockbuster? A horror movie? It's everything!

- Why is everyone black? Is this some commentary on the US using minorities to fight wars? I doubt they thought that hard about it.

- Pratt is a big dude.

- the aliens looked neat. Actually most of the movie looks neat.

- a tonal and pacing mess. Humans don't act like humans. Nothing makes sense.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.
