The Tomorrow War
Good thing the world's only volcano expert was in Chris Pratt's science class!

That was dumb. But i liked this movie. I liked how they handled the time travel with only dead people/people not born

Re: The Tomorrow War
My Mom watched this last night and texted me to tell me it was terrible and boring. That's the impression I got from the trailer as well.
Has Chris Pratt's star faded? I thought he was bad in JW Fallen Kingdom, but everything about that movie was bad and it sounds like he's bad in this too. What happened to the charismatic, fun Chris Pratt of P&R?

Re: The Tomorrow War
Pratt shouldn't be asked to carry a movie by himself. He's a good actor but better served by ensemble pieces.
I enjoyed the movie but it was terribly dumb, especially the third act (world governments will embrace time travel and send thousands upon thousands of citizens to their deaths but throw up their hands when they have a solution with the toxin in present day). I know this was originally intended for theatrical release but why do these movies released on streaming services have such half-assed scripts? It would not take a herculean effort to smarten this thing up.

Re: The Tomorrow War
i liked it. i thought the premise was pretty good and different than just a normal time travel movie
i liked how the white spikes were transported here instead of invading which leads to a possible sequel
yea the kids who was the volcano expert was a bit out there to say the least but i thought it was overall enjoyable

Fallen Kingdom was miles better than Jurassic World, I'll die on that hill!JuanHamm wrote:My Mom watched this last night and texted me to tell me it was terrible and boring. That's the impression I got from the trailer as well.
