More than likely the lobster ravioli. I always say I’m going to get something different next time but I never do. We’ll follow up with the creme brûlée.doug rr wrote:what will you be ordering?wease wrote:Mrs Wease and I are going here tomorrow night for our anniversary.

what an abominationtragabigzanda wrote:well...I'd typically go with an all-beef frank, but I wasn't paying attention and grabbed a local cheese-filled frank by mistake. Store was cleaned out of hot dog buns after the holiday! Had to use a "steak roll," not sure there's much of a difference.

That’s a long subway ride, they must be good friends.epilogue wrote:Dinner party at a friend's place on the UWS tonight. Curry, I believe.
Are subways back to normal now Joe? I’ve also heard that getting a cab can be a total PITA now. Is that a Covid thing or an Uber effect?

Re: What's for dinner?
Cabs are dying. Mostly from a combination of ride shares (Uber, Lyft, etc) and COVID-19.bodysnatcher wrote:That’s a long subway ride, they must be good friends.epilogue wrote:Dinner party at a friend's place on the UWS tonight. Curry, I believe.

The pandemic destroyed demand. Now that the demand is back up, there's no cabs and ride shares are booming. And they're priced to take advantage, too. Shit is so expensive.
The subway is back to normal now, though.
