I don't really have any "history" with Pearl Jam. I didn't grow up listening to Pearl Jam and I don't really have any especially fond memories of listening to the albums as they were coming out, or going to shows in the 90's or 00's, or remember watching videos on MTV all the time, etc. I think this keep me from being attached to Pearl Jam's music in any meaningful way beyond the actual music. For example, some people have trouble ranking Ten because of its significance to them, this is no problem for me.

I have been a fan for a long long time, but I have no problems ranking Ten or really any other of the albums. I still share a strong connection with nearly all their music, and enjoy it all, so I guess that emotional attachment belongs to all of it - it’s not like Star Wars where I grew up with the original trilogy and that lense colored the rest of my experiences with the subsequent movies - mostly because for me Pearl Jam just kept rolling along.

Also Pearl Jam fans: “why the hell aren’t there more $50 plastic toys cross promoting with Funko Pop!?”
