Too much congestion in my sinuses for even a head clearing run. Going to try and get at least 12 miles for the week somehow. 5 more to go between now and Sunday. Fueled by hot tea.

6.5 at a 9:18 pace today.

Brings my total mileage to 20 on the week. I haven't run more than 16 miles in one week (and even that I've only done once) since October of 2019.

No injuries. Legs feel strong. Breath is there. Feels like I'm finally back. Maybe I can do a race or two soon. :heartbeat:
