I see that Zevon. Did you get the Preludes release too? I had been waiting years for that one.Simple Torture wrote:Made a collage of all the records I got in the first half of 2021*:

No, haven't been able to track that down. Going for about $85 aftermarket now, I think it retailed for $50. Very limited but I hope it drops a bit.veddar10 wrote:I see that Zevon. Absolutely continue on. Voodoo is also essential listening.

Perhaps the nastiest best bass playing ever put to tape, especially Pino's fretless work on Voodoo.I had to say it. Everything sounds incredible, though

Re: The Vinyl Thread: Still Listen On Wax, Don't Use The CD
I am on the fence about getting into vinyl. I sold all of my CDs a decade ago because they took up so much space and nearly everything was available digitally.
I don't miss the clutter, but I'm curious about the audio quality aspect.

Its a rabbit hole. Its not always about the sound quality though digging and finding the best sounding version of an album can be fun.Ello Sailor wrote:I am on the fence about getting into vinyl. They look a lot better displayed than cd's do....
