We both started Mare the other night but only got the first episode in. Mrs Wease is out of town until Sunday so it’s on hold until her return.

Watch that shit without her then blow her mind with your detective skillz
No, no, no. I’ve done that a couple of times and was incredibly bored on the re-watch.

Masters of the Universe: Revelation
It’s not as great as critics are saying and not the abortion keyboard warriors are claiming either. Lena Headey as Evil Lyn makes this worth watching. God, her voice is perfect. Fellow Game of Thrones alum Liam Cunningham sounds exactly like Liam Nelson as Man at Arms, and I’m not complaining. The rest of the cast is fine. The characters look great. The story isn’t super compelling, and I think that’s the most jarring change. It’s telling a large story instead of serials. I guess it’s like the difference between shrines and dungeons in Zelda. You get so used to one that it takes a bit to adjust.

Kevin Smith is a fucking clown, though. His outfit in the behind the scenes episode is absurd.

We watched the second episode of Mare this morning. I don’t know that I’ve ever watched a show that has unloaded so much information each episode yet still left me wondering WTF is going on or where it’s going. Quite a (possible) revelation at the end of the episode, there.

Just getting better and better. Steve Zahn’s best role ever? And I’d never heard of Murray Bartlett before, but he’s incredible. Looking forward to seeing him in The Last Of Us.
Probably Zahn's. Definitely Coolidge's.
Coolidge really having fun in E5!
"Come here crazy"
"Ok"
