Victory Dance
Circuital
Compound Fracture
I’m Amazed
Believe (Nobody Knows)
Evil Urges
Off the Record
Tropics
The Way He Sings
Wonderful (the Way I Feel)
Get the Point
Master plan
Dodante
Wordless Chorus
Touch Me, I’m Going to Scream Pt. 2
Gideon
can't say i'm too excited for this release but if i had to pick a songlist for a live release from this era that featured a decent variety of songs over the later part of their career, this is probably pretty close to what would be on mine, especially the waterfall tracks. tropics was a beast that tour.

I think like many others, I may have discovered them around seeing them open for Pearl Jam, but my doorway into becoming a huge fan was Okonokos. They haven’t released any official live releases that compare with that since. This seems to be the first in a series that I hope live up in their own way to that level of quality.
Okonokos is great. I also really like Acoustic Citsuoca, if only for The Bear and Bermuda Highway.

bonnaroo schedule is out and mmj get a prime late night slot on saturday from 1230-330a. not sure anything ever will top their 2008 late night set, but having them get another one is pretty exciting.

Hmm. Dont love it. The lyrics and phrasing early on are super off to me.

I like the music and thinking this will be great in context of the record.

Excited as usual though.

Listened again. Love it. I can’t possibly wait 2 months for this, can I? At least we’ll have the first live series record to tide us over?

Yeah, Jim doing that modern day Jim thing has me a little concerned :?

The band is always on fire though.

Song picks up nicely. The end will rip live

I think that’s just how his voice has sounded since they stopped using so much vocal reverb. It bothered me when Evil Urges came out at first, but once I got used to it I have grown to enjoy it.
