I got a pair of Adidas Lite Racer BYD at Costco for $30.

But I am not gonna use them for running. More of a casual shoe.

Probably not quite once a week. I guess you could say average a handful of times per month.

I’ll take the kayak out if I have time early in the morning before the ridiculous heat expected.

It's that time of year in Houston when the sub tropical humidity is at its thickest, every day feels like the day before a hurricane, and when it rains it monsoons. The green spaces along the bayous are lush and verdant like a prehistoric jungle. Awesome places to run off road if you know where to find them. The mugginess strengthens the mind and detoxes the body.
