Man, I haven't done back to back days in like two years. I ran 3 miles today after my 7 yesterday and my legs are fucking DONE.

Just got done running with the dog and stopped to talk to like half the neighborhood along the way

i'm not a morning runner, but that shouldn't be a bad time all things considered...gives me enough time to sleep in a bit and get some oatmeal in me

thx bro...i was looking at the results from 2019 and 2018 and my pace still would have put me around 220th place out of 1500-1600

i still don't like running and feel like i'm going to die a mile in, but achieving something is nice
