They definitely seem to be pushing the songs that will have the commercial grab.

I wonder if they would have included getaway if not for that little spontaneous moment at the start.

I think it's an infectious grab. Infectious = good. Commercial = bad. Nothing wrong with infectious, always been part of rock and pop historically.

Infectious, commercial, whatever... the songs have obvious commercial appeal. Commercial doesn't = bad.

I know talking about the song Lightning Bolt probably isn't appropriate in this thread, but I woke up this morning with some lyrics to Gin and Juice set to LB's melody. It went something like this.

I got a pocket full of rubbers and
(you've gotta know you'll never let her go)

My homeboys do
(Lightning bolt!)
They do too
(Lightning bolt!)

With so much drama in the L-B-C / it's kinda hard bein Snoop D-O-double-G
(Always something and never nothing / Isn’t that the way we’re taught to dream)

RIP Cleverman :peace:

I slightly cringed when the question about favorite song came up and they went to Mike. I knew it was coming though

And i actually sort of like Sirens now
