ugh, bad idea.

morning walks are where it's at.

currently 93. doesn't it get muggy af in Alabama?

the times I've spent your neighboring state, Mississippi, Biloxi/Gulfport was miserable. I can only imagine it's like that where you are, except better football i guess.

i opted for the cooler temps of a morning walk today. as far as tracking the walks with an app, I've found it has to either be strava or apple watch fitness app. I've tried using just apple and importing the walks to strava, but it's hit and miss on the accuracy of the actual distance of the walk. i like using strava because they've got challenges each month, but the back and forth over trying to choose isn't worth the time.

6 miles today.

also, I'm happy to start my own walking thread so as not to hijack lenny's.

another morning walk. another phone flashlight encounter with the same spider. a little muggy for my liking too.

i'm dreaming of cooler temps, though i know I'll regret it once the cold winds hit my face in the morning.

feeling good.

if we are told to leave work early I may go on a slow, casual walk

i’m also probably going to walk 18 in the morning, and the way I spray the ball i’ll probably my get ten miles in

bub, i bet you can get hired in Montgomery if you're not already employed there.

If you are 100% serious, I could ask some folks who might know some folks down there.

skipped the long walk yesterday morning, and opted for 1.5 miles in the evening. did a 6-miler this morning. perfect temps to walk. low 70s, light breeze.

afraid if i don't keep this up i'll wind up a ham planet.
