A smoothie of golden goodness

1 naner
1 cup yogurt straw berry
.71 cup appa juice
2 cup frozen blueberry
1 cup frozen mango
4 cube ice

do not use measuring cup--go by eyeball


Blend and divide by 2

Insert straw and go to town
