Minus the cat 1 hurricane that just passed thru, it's been that way here too. Feels dry and cool out there, which is a rarity in September over here.

fatigue i guess…i probably did try to go too fast the first mile, but even after i quit jogging around 1.75 I still had to walk a lot the rest of the way back

i did some light strength training yesterday and some were legs, but it really shouldn’t have had a big effect

i’ll try again Thursday if it’s not storming
