Being that everyone wants to live in about 10 cities and housing prices are insane and I do not own a beachfront mansion despite clearly deserving it, I had a question. Please answer the poll in the interests of science.

As a newly minted member of the gentry, I'm cool with gentrification and letting the market decide. I just wish it could create some art and architecture that wasn't a soulless blight on the landscape.
