The best beef cheek I've ever has was at The Modern. This must have been in like 2009/2010. Just incredible.

even though mario batali turned out to be a horrible person, his beef cheek ravioli at babbo is to this day one of my favorite dishes of all time

Was gonna have leftover tortilla soup for dinner, but decided to have it for lunch so instead I could go out and watch the Mariners game somewhere
