I really miss the cool b-sides on singles.. The last time I can remember discovering great b-sides was back in 2002-2003 with Down, Undone and Other Side, on the I am mine and LBC CD singles.. I absolutely love those songs. Those days are long gone, unfortunately.
I'm not Dev. But I suppose he's a cool dude since someone thinks I'm him.

It's not strictly a b-side (it was on a compilation), but what about Get It Back?

That's arguably the best song we've heard from the Gigaton sessions and it was an unexpected surprise.

What about fan made videos from the audience where for whatever reason every amateur filmographies made you throw up from the shaking camera, but magically by the third song they settled down and got half a view for the rest of the show (with the other half being the silhouette of the person in front of therm’s face) - and that was the document of the show! Up hill, both ways, in 5 feet of snow.

I won't argue that it's the best song from Gigaton and you're right that it's not technically a b-side but it does fit the bill as far as to what I was responding to in that previous post. It's a big part of the reason why I said I missed it. Because when they do it, it's so fucking good.

Though, I suppose for every pro-Get It Back we've got 100 anti- Can't Deny Me's. So...
Spoiler: show
I still like Can't Deny Me

I got you epilogue.

There was definitely excitement in getting the CD singles, especially before the album and getting non-album tracks, like Leatherman, or U, or the Riot Act singles. Hell, even when we got the Who You Are single, I was transfixed on the total difference between the single and Habit, and was in complete wonder about what was to come in No Code.

Totally agree.

Funny story, RM did an April Fools joke one year that got me to purchase the World Wide Suicide single because they made me believe there was a non-album track on it.

I hate April Fools

- Less talking between songs
- No Boom

- Urgency/focus

This is all perfect. The long drawn out stories, most of which seem made up, is annoying. Less talky, more tunes.

Thanks. I mean, sometimes he might need to kill time between songs to rest his singing voice but fuuuuuu.... It's just such a momentum killer.
