Thematically it's round 2 on a lot of those ideas, and I agree it's better executed this time around

I think I've heard all the gigaton songs they've played live so far and everything has translated really well. River Cross, 7 Oclock, and Quick Escape were probably my top 3, but Who Ever Said sounded like a blast, too. I hope they get the reaction the band needs to keep them in rotation.

Also Gigaton´s lyrics were weirdly apt for what was happening at the time.

I assume the majority of times WMA has been played has been mere tags and not the full song.

Hey, great post. What stood out for me from that list is how quickly the top played yield songs (evolution, GTF) caught up the the upper tier songs from the first three albums.

I'm reading it that DTE is higher than anything of VS? !

I guess they have played those two a bunch all through the last two decades, whilst vs songs are rotated through. You don't always get daughter, but I've had GTF two nights in a row. So twenty plus years of touring yield catches up the 5 year or so head start. But still... they must really be proud of that record. I know they were at the time; SVT etc.

Yield is a weird album in terms of getting songs from it...DTE and GTF are a given, Wishlist was another one and dropped with time, the same with Faithful and Brain of J.

Then you have super rare ones like Pilate, All Those Yesterdays, Push Me Pull Me, In Hiding, No Way....

Low Light belonged to this list and now its a common song, even a opener! And they waited what..4 years to even debut it live?

I was surprised Long Road didn't crack 100, and that Down came so close.

It still amazes me that I’ve gotten Long Road and Wash more than I’ve gotten Release.

I'm a bit surprised there's not that many BS/LB songs, as those albums had far longer post-album touring cycles than the next batch of new material compared to most of their records. That's not to say that they saw 2012 as year three of the Backspacer tour, but until the mid-2000s I feel like a lot of deep cuts would get dropped because PJ wouldn't be on the road unless there was a whole new album of songs to tour behind.

both BS and LB got played a lot in their first tour, then its just the band playing whatever they want and the hits. I suspect thats going to change with Gigaton.

Unverified Google search says 1,034 shows. So, about 200 have been Even Flow free. I don't buy it.

Still pondering an easy way to answer the "how many shows?" question without counting all of them on the Pearl Jam website.
