Knifin' around: a thread about kitchen knives

Post by Jorge »

Over the last couple of years I've developed a serious interest in kitchen knives!

Any other KNIFEHEADS on RM?

What do you like? High carbon steel? Stainless steel? Damascus? Ceramic?

Brands? Wusthof, Shun, Henckels, Dalstrong?

What do you have in your kitchen?

I WANT TO TALK ABOUT KNIVES WITH YOU

I was gifted a Dalstrong Shogun X series 9" chef's knife and that's what kickstarted this whole thing. I've bought other knives since but I still use it the most

I’ve been told you’re not to bring these to a gunfight.

Should've called this thread 'Knives Out' or 'Knife Party'. Disappointing.

Knifin' around is a better reference and much more in tune with my aesthetic
