raisins can be good in mayo dishes, like curry chicken salad or broccoli salad. so i could see this working with the right spices and with the tartar sauce.

i've grown tired of salmon over the last few years..outside of salmon patties it doesn't interest me for meals anymore..i'm sure it will change at some point

I like to poach salmon with chicken broth and white wine and use the liquid to make quinoa or rice
