its the chefs knife with the black handle...i cut up a sweet onion, some yukon potatoes a couple stalks of celery and some colorful carrots

Christmas morning: Wife's dad gives us a new set of Cuisinart daily use kitchen knives.
First week of Janaury: I slice the top of my finger while washing dishes. This wouldn't stop bleeding for two hours. Right on the joint, so any time I'd bend it it would reopen. Yikes.
