i think i've only seen 2 others he's directed...definitely more than a few he was the writer though

i'm just a dumb redneck, but there was just something off with a lot of the character interactions to me...and i didn't buy anything with tiffany haddish, especially her and oscar isaac's romantic dynamic...but again, i could watch oscar isaac eat oatmeal for an hour and a half and i wouldn't complain

also there was a big blunder in the description of a poker hand that i just find unforgivable

Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

The Guilty.

I kinda feel every now and then we get this movie with different stars. This time is Jake Gyllenhaal. He is super good as usual, and the voice cast is superb too.

Its a compelling thriller and no much else.

Watching this now. It follows too closely to the Danish version,...

I read somewhere thats its the same movie. I wasnt aware it was a remake.

i thought this was pretty awful, despite Gylenhaal doing great work
