we did about 2.5 miles this morning..stopped and got a breakfast burrito on the way back

walked around 2.6 or 2.7, i believe...i started washing my car right when i got back and forgot to end the workout on my watch

went for my first walk in a week. a little over 5 miles, but it's still low 90s in the afternoon...gross.

hopefully, this will spark an early morning walk tomorrow.

Running about 95% of the time. Today I ran two miles then developed side cramps, so walked a good portion of the two miles back. That happens here and there, but maybe once a month I'll pop out for an exclusively walking session.
