The Kinvara 11 is a near perfect shoe for me. I've never run in any other Saucony but I know they're doing great things these days.

Taking today and tomorrow totally off. Other than standing at work and walking to and from the subway stations and stuff like that, I ain't doing shit!

It was a great week. And I'm looking forward to resting.

I also worked out Friday and Sunday of last week. So in the last eight days, I've had 7 workouts/runs. Feeling strong. Probably get Covid tomorrow and knock me down a peg.
Good work. I basically took this week off. No reason other than I think I was due for a reset.

Fleet Feet will probably have the 12s. 11s came out in 2020 and might be hard to track down now.

Amazon still has some but not all the colorways anymore.

if i like the feel of the 12's i may be able to find 11's online cheaper anyway

aesthetically i think i like brooks better though...considering i don't run as much as a lot of people, i'm sure i'll be okay with any moderately upper tier shoe that fits well

What do you do when your car keys were left in the family car and your wife is halfway across town dropping the kid off at daycare?

4.75 miles. Just enough of a run to take your mind off of being super late to work and relax about it in the process.

Oops.

7.36 miles at an 8:53 pace. Felt really good after two days off.

I couldn't run a 9min/mi pace for 30 feet.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

wasn't sure what to expect, but told myself 4 miles at 40:00 would be nice...i tried to go at a moderate pace and as always my first mile was faster than the next two, but my body felt good and i was able to turn it up a bit on the 4th mile running hard near the end...ended up finishing at 39:42 and didn't even feel that winded afterward
