Vaccination status makes no sense if the standard is two doses whenever (or 1 for J&J). Antibody tests make far more sense what with boosters probably being inevitable. Israel's 6 month after last dose makes a certain sense, but some individuals may have their immunity drop off faster.

If the whole passport thing is what you're going after, of course. I say just accept that its endemic and stop treating it like Covid 0 is at all possible.
