that's interesting. i always wonder when i'm on the grocery aisle if it's better to buy organic, non-GMO cheese that might be produced in Wisconsin, or a local non-organic cheese that's produced 80 miles away.tragabigzanda wrote: And then I worked through a big thought exercise with my students.
