Looks like Baltimore will be cancelled or part of the Summer or Fall tour. The arena begins renovations in March. Given how out of date that place is, no way it's complete by May.

The NBA Playoffs definitely has the right to bump events. It only happened to PJ once and that was when they had a multi-night stand in Toronto 2016.

They have the right, but I don't think it happens often. Maybe it inspired PJ to play the Binaural show...
