but they use cheap ingredients

trader joe's sells a much better cinnamin roll to make at home

Confirmed: I ate a cinnamon roll this morning from a local pastry shop and it was delicious and super satisfying and didn't leave me feeling like garbage the way Cinnabon does. I think Cinnabon may be gross, guys
