Ingredients:
1 sweet onion (diced)
1 bulk celery (diced)
3-4 apples (skinned, cored and chopped)
1-1.5 lbs ground pork sausage
2 bags stuffing bread
5-6 cups chicken stock
1 stick of butter

Directions:
Brown the sausage and drain. Brown onion and celery in 1/2 stck butter. Combine onion, celery, sausage, apples and 1/2 stick melted butter in a LARGE BOWL. Add stuffing/breading into bowl. Soak in chicken broth. you wnat the stuffing to be very soft and mushy. If you do not have enough chicken stock you can substitute water as well to have enough liquid. season with salt and pepper as desired.
that sounds awesome. but i prefer not to mix sweet with savory. i would leave out the apples if i was making it.
not the celery. that would be off brand.
alright, that's it. let's take this outside . . .
are you gonna beat me with a celery stalk?

I've been tasked with the green bean casserole and Mac and cheese. Making Hattie B's Mac and cheese and doing the casserole with a cremini and shitake cream of mushroom soup made by a local market

Just caught up on the thread, and I'll echo that duck > turkey, and ham on the side is always a great idea.

Oh also Ruddo's ribeye > whatever you're making.

Basically Doug and Ruddo know what's up.
