I heard the blimp pilot line too, maybe a Weekend Update joke?
Or maybe it’s just the Mandela effect.

Oh shit! Yes, maybe it was a Weekend Update joke. That would make a lot of sense. I think you're right.

Im a huge Scott fan, he is in the top 5 of working directors these days, The Last Duel is a masterpiece and im dying to see Gucci...having said that Gladiator is not a top 10 movie from his career.

What a hilarious pile of shit. The (re)writing, the directing, the effects…just terrible. No understanding of what made the source material work. It reminds me of when big budget movies turn out to be money laundering shells.

Ten million dollars an episode, and it might as well be a Sci Fi channel adaptation of a mobile game.
I'm sad to hear this but from what I saw of the trailers it definitely looked like a cheesy SyFy channel show
I’ve been thinking about watching this. Maybe I’ll hold off. I know nothing about it.

I did not heed McP's advice and watched the first episode until it got to the "creatures". Yikes.

Yellojackets premiere was fucking awesome, not a surprise because Karyn Kusama was directing it, but fuck yeah what a great pilot.

First episode of Dopesick. Nothing groundbreaking, but I really enjoyed it. Great cast also.

I'm only a few episodes in, and am absolutely loving this series so far. I'm not even finding eyebrows to be annoying in this
