Forgot to get my English muffin ready before I left the house this morning. I was going to stop at Hardee’s, Carl’s Jr. for you folks out west, and get a biscuit as it’s been a few months since I’ve had one but the drive-thru line was all the way out into the street. So I went to Sonic instead for a couple of breakfast burritos. Goddamn, that was the wrong move. I should’ve just gone without this morning.

Other than McDonalds, I can’t say that I’ve ever had breakfast from a traditional fast-food chain (excluding places like Corner Bakery or Starbucks).

My wife ordered a box of Daily Harvest smoothies and they sent us two by mistake. Pretty tasty.
