this morning i readied a pot of coffee for the start of my day. when it was ready, it let off the five beeps signally to me to come to get my first cup. i picked up the carafe and poured piping hot water into my mug. i'd forgotten to put grounds in when i started the coffee maker.

I've righted the ship, and am now enjoying coffee.
