I used to be a red onion guy on my sandwiches, but I think i have come back around to more traditional onions.

Cooked onions are awesome. Raw onions on food can pose a problem though.

Spring onions / scallions are really good. They make a nice bowl of miso.

Pro tip: Put a little wedge in the top of a baked potato before you cook it and throw some chopped onions in there.
