Is it just me or is Kendall exponentially more insufferable this season? I feel like his character was cranked up to 11. Part of it is this season's storyline, but I also wonder if the long layoff plays a part.doug rr wrote:loved last nights succession...i've been to a party in nyc similar to that..they nailed it

The Office. Two episodes per night until I finish burning through it then I can get to SBTB.

Re: What are you currently watching on TV?
Yes? It’s a much different show. The first episode focused on some guys trying to get Joe a pardon. The second has centered on renewed interest in the disappearance of Carol Bashkin’s husband. I don’t know if each episode will be focusing on different people from Season 1 and what has happened since, but that seems to be the approach so far.BurtReynolds wrote:any good?wease wrote:The first couple of episodes of Tiger King Season 2.
There have been some revelations in regards to people we never knew about from the first season. Joe’s first husband, whom he was married to for 16 years. His brother. Nieces and extended family. Just more backstory on him that wasn’t even mentioned in the first season.

Watched most of the Friends reunion on the flight home; it was…fine? I thought it was a good, above average series for the most part but not fantastic as many people claim.

Re: What are you currently watching on TV?
Ann Dowd as Ms. Garret was fantastic but Kevin Hart really surprised me as Arnold Jackson.
Diff’rent Strokes was played pretty straight; Facts of Life definitely had more knowing smiles, slight line mistakes, and hammy acting. Will Arnett giving Jon Stewart the giggles was the only noticeable blooper of the evening.

To me, season 1 was very disappointing. So much so that I was turned off from watching the rest of the show for over a year. But s2 is so good!tragabigzanda wrote:It’s better but calm down

Re: What are you currently watching on TV?
The only really truly good seasons of Fargo (so far, at least) were Seasons 2 & 4. I like all the seasons, but Season 1 hewed maybe a little too close to the original movie and Season 3 didn't quite hold together when all was said and done. They all have their charms, though.

The second season of Fargo is one of my favorite TV things. As good as it was I didn’t like the finale.Jorge wrote:Fargo season 2 is so much better than season 1 it's insane
