Agreed. and, by far, the best one of that series. I need to rewatch it.

I think both are outstanding. But I still give the edge to S1.

I think I like S3 more than most.

But I agree that S2 is up there with the greatest seasons of television ever.

I just watched the season finale. Beautiful. All along I was thinking about how much of the season is about characters not being able to communicate, or being on different wavelengths, or speaking past each other. Right from the moment in the first episode where Kieran Culkin struggles to understand the "money spigot" metaphor.
And then Ted Danson's character sums it all up with his desire to create a new language!

A very rich, poetic, and rewarding season of TV. Big fan

I really enjoyed 3, and it’s probably only a slight notch down from 1 for me. I need to re-watch it though. 1 is the only I’ve seen twice.

Like I told Jorge the other day, I absolutely love the casts. Many of my very favorite actors.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

S1-3 are all great. And I wouldn't be mad at anyone putting each of them at the top.

S4 was a step down, unfortunately. Still interesting but not up to snuff.

Season 3 was my least favorite, really. The first two were great and I really enjoyed the fourth. I liked the third as well, I don’t mean to imply I didn’t. Just not as much as the other three.
