Mirrored was one of the 3 tracks I was still looking at. I almost drafted it the last 2 rounds

One of the better songs of a pretty weak album. That was so disappointing

Did ash grey Sunday make it on that album? I remember I liked it when I heard the leaked demos.

Yeah, lead track it looks like! Shows how much I played the full album. Part of the problem was that group of demos had already been leaked for so long that I'd already played the songs I liked to death.

yeah

Still, you could tell the Screaming Trees had really ground to a halt. I can't think of an album with such a massive drop off in quality like you get between dust and that record

That'd be an interesting thread.

An easy guy to do that with would be Neil young, cuz his output is so inconsistent. Rust never sleeps => hawks and doves, easy example. Full bands I dunno...binaural=>riot act? I'm half serious about that.

I saw black rose way and last words live and they were enjoyable live but they really fall flat on record.

Well their quality is pretty consistent to my ears and people will swear by both of those albums. I suspect only a tiny minority of lanegan/trees fans would say that last words is any good

Audioslave: S/T > Out of Exile (/thread)

As for my final picks, here they are.

Cannot believe these two lasted until the final round:

two more winners. btw i checked on onewhiskey and there's no boot of that show with out of nowhere and morning glory wine. i still kind of don't believe that setlist actually happened.

did you think the first audioslave record was that good? i liked shadow on the sun and the last two songs, and that's about it.

Yeah, there's not much in the way of quality control on setlists.fm, and it's only been updated by that one guy so wouldn't be surprised if it's BS.

I thought the first 7 songs were really solid, and those last two as well. The real point is how god-awful Out of Exile was after such a promising debut.

It did happen, he's a member of some sort of artist society in Aarhus Denmark. He plays shows there quite often usually with members of desoto caucus. some of the performance have appeared on YouTube though I don't think any of that particular show have yet.

As for my last pick.....and I can't believe nothing has been picked yet from his debut, there's at least 5-6 songs that are top tier in his catalog. My favorite being Wild Flowers.

Good pick...I was wondering if anything off the winding sheet would go.

As for mine, I could go lots of directions here, but in the end I'm gonna go with a top ten lanegan song for me...Low.
