I have a list

David Schwimmer
Jennifer Aniston
Eddie Redmayne
Benedict curmberwhatever

The first two, i would say they are extremely limited but really good or very funny sometimes.

The other two are fucking awful and for some reason, considered stars or great character actors.

-Aniston is alright, but not to the level of Good
-Schwimmer is a no.
-I’m not crazy about Redmayne either, but I haven’t seen him in much.
-Cumberbatch is a yes.

Redmayne´s performance in that awful Jupiter Ascending should have gotten him in jail.

Redmayne’s acting was weird as hell in the Harry Potter spin-offs. I have no clue what he was going for.

Kevin Costner -

Hmm.

I goddamn love him in Robin Hood even though he's fairly mocked for that performance. Water World is awful. Bull Durham and Field of Dreams are great though. Good actor depending on the role? Poor film choices? Bad agent?

I've posted this before, but he was a regular in a coffee shop I used to work in and he's a total sweetheart, down-to-earth, oddball guy. If he wasn't a famous actor, I think he'd 100% be the exact same guy.
