I'm finally almost done with the last season. I swear to god, every single episode has made me cry at least once.

Joey I'm gonna come to NY to watch this movie with you.

Also, did I ever tell you I watched the first two movies? I did. Loved the first one. The second was okay.

And I totally agree on both movies. I'm glad you finally got to see them.

I would love nothing more than to see 3 with you. At the very least we should do s mutual live posting session. :heartbeat:

I don't want to speak for him.

For my part, I take full responsibility and respect his feelings. On my side, I think there were a lot of unfortunate misunderstandings, but still I totally understand how he felt hurt, bullied and gaslighted. I should have done more to help the situation and I fully regret that anything I did contributed to his leaving RM.

I miss him. But I respect his decision. If he ever comes back I'll apologize again and then give him whatever space he needs. He's a good dude and I miss having him around every day.

Anyway, I'm really loving this new series. I kinda love the full deconstruction. The Miranda as alcoholic thing is particularly interesting to me. Watching a show (maybe THE show) that romanticized drinking/party culture and arguably fostered a generation of functional alcoholics tackle the issue head-on by making one of its leads a functioning alcoholic is pretty fantastic.

In three episodes, And Just Like That... has also been WAY more emotional than I expected.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Can you actually picture him being so torn up because a show isn’t up to his standards that he would shed tears over it?

I could see him thinking it was so bad, such a decimation of the OG series that it made him cry, yeah.
