So far this year we've watched:

A Christmas Story (1983)
Home Alone (1990)
Love Actually (2003)
Elf (2003)
The Holiday (2006)
Office Christmas Party (2016)
A Bad Moms Christmas (2017)
Noelle (2019)
Happiest Season (2020)
A Clüsterfünke Christmas (2021)

I think that's all of them... also watched just about every Christmas episode of my favorite TV shows.

Looking forward to the next three days off so I can cozy up and get through a few more. :heartbeat:

What time do you guys eat your Christmas dinner and do you have a big breakfast that morning?

We watched A Bad Moms Christmas, Noelle and Happiest Season too! Also Bad Santa and a bunch of Hallmark movies. Oh Better Off Dead too which showed as a Christmas movie suggestion and it had been so long since I watched it I thought maybe I forgot it was a Christmas movie but it's not really. We're thinking of watching Just Friends tonight. I think we watched it when it first came out but don't remember it at all.

We don't do an organized Christmas dinner, usually. But we do homemade cinnamon rolls and bacon for breakfast with whiskey in our coffee, of course!

It's mostly a snack throughout the day kinda day for us.

Nice!

Bad Santa is definitely on the list for the next couple of days. That one, Jingle-Jangle, Christmas Vacation, A Very Murray Christmas, Scrooged and maybe even Batman Returns.

I've never seen Just Friends... but if you're saying it's a Christmas movie, then I'll add it to the list!

That’s mad. It’s a whole production here.
But the. You guys have thanksgiving. It’s kinda that here. Tables creaking under the weight of weeks of food.

Christmas vacation is the funniest Christmas movie. Then elf. Then Home alone.

I've probably said this before, but my sister ruined me on A Christmas Story and my father on Christmas Vacation. The latter is still probably my favorite at the end of the day though. Or Home Alone.

Brunch after presents (usually an egg casserole, fruit, and pastries) and then Chinese food for an early dinner. Mostly just sit around, drink, and watch NBA games.

That sounds approximately normal. Reason I ask is when do people fit in their favourite Christmas films on Christmas Day.
Growing up it was the only time we saw Star Wars on tv. Which they were every Christmas. Along with amazing classics like Oliver and willy wonka etc.

Oliver is fantastic by the way. Meaning the original one. Such a film. Dickens at Christmas probably doesn’t work outside our part of the world other than the Scrooge of it all.

Ps.

SCROOGED!!!!

Fantastic Christmas film

Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special
Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer
The Grinch (2018)
Elf
Home Alone
Home Alone 2
The Santa Clause
The Christmas Chronicles
A Christmas Story Christmas
Scrooged
A Muppet Christmas Carol

Missed a few that we like to watch.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

I only watched Elf, Christmas with the Kranks and Gremlins. I got most of my Christmas fix from podcasts this year.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.
