I don't know those technical terms, but I'll say for the way I run it takes pressure off my knees and lower back. I've been running in 0 drops and 4mm drops for nearly a year now and what used to hurt pretty much disappeared overnight.

This will be my third pair of this brand, which specializes in 0 drop.
