I'm sorry to be rude, but anyone who puts Dubya above Trump has been lobotomized by the media. I'm sorry but there is no hope for you. Your mind is rotted out. W. Bush was an unmitigated catastrophe for the planet and the exact moment when the dominant western neoliberal hegemony revealed itself as decadent trash. Trump just fucked around for four years.

One could argue that Trump was as incompetent as Bush, but Trump was blessed with a malignant narcissism that kept him from being controlled by more competent villains, unlike the idiotic Bush (and most other presidents for that matter.)
