That is legitimately a hard one but if I had to guess I'd say Jackson by virtue of having more extended access to global mass media.

I gotta imagine MJ is way more famous than Elvis at this point. Anecdotal but I was really surprised how many of my kids friends know MJ songs and all the words and stuff. I doubt many listen to Hound Dog.
