This is excellent and Gillian Anderson is fucking terrific. Series 2 starts production in January.

True story - the killer was in my classics class at school.

The series is enjoyable enough. Some really dodgy acting though. What it does have is atmosphere - in spades. Oh, and it's set where I live :)

I loved this show. I've said it elsewhere and I'll say it here: when it comes to detective fiction, this plays like a vintage LP in a world of disposable MP3s (CSI, Criminal Minds, etc)

What do you think the title refers to?

I thought it may have something to do with Falls Road, but I'm not sure.

I'd be very surprised if it did. The Falls Road is quite a working class (and, dare I say, politically charged) area of the city and this killer seems safely ensconced in middle class non-political suburbia.

This has become a "Netflix Original" series. Really looking forward to Season 2.

Season 2 was excellent. Gillian Anderson is soooooooo fucking good in this. Coming to Netflix on January 16.
